What's the difference between a GFE clearance visit and a full clinical visit?
Many platforms offer 'Good Faith Exam clearance' — a quick checkbox to approve a prescription. TrueEval providers conduct full clinical encounters: thorough patient evaluations, medical history review, treatment planning, and prescribing when clinically appropriate. Every visit establishes a real provider-patient relationship. This isn't a rubber stamp — it's real medicine.
What types of businesses does TrueEval work with?
We serve clinics with patients and telehealth brands with patients. How quickly can we get started?
Onboarding runs 7 to 60 days. Where you land is set by how far along your business is, not by anything on our side — we are the medical group and the provider network, already licensed and operating, so there is nothing for you to license, credential or build clinically. Closer to 7 days when your front end is already live, your scope is decided, and you are not waiting on LegitScript. Closer to 60 days when the funnel still has to be built, or you need LegitScript certification to advertise on Google or Meta — that runs four to five weeks through us and nobody can compress it.
Is TrueEval a staffing company?
No. Staffing hands you clinicians and leaves the medicine your problem. TrueEval is a licensed medical group: providers practice under our medical group, with our medical directors overseeing care, our protocols, our chart review, and our clinical record system underneath it. You are buying an operated clinical layer, not a list of contractors.
